In your autodesk account, under products, click downloads on the suite you are using. That should pop up a window with the main downloads for /31869.txt suite. I set mine to 3dsmax and That brought up the download links for both Service Pack 2 and Extension 2.

Max crashes after installing uatodesk extension! Where is the Service Pack 2 which is mandatory for this extension according to the readme? You did the same with ext1. There was no SP included too, you even ahtodesk in the readme it will exteneion installed and in another place it must be installed prior.
Dear Autodesk can you at least get those little things straight, would be a start. It is included as part of this Extension installer. Extracting the msi file shows there is no sign of the SP.
